Important Information

Our application process includes credit, criminal, and eviction checks as well as income verification.  The total cost for these services is $45 due at the time of application.  Completing an application is no guarantee of being accepted.  This process is managed by a third party provider, Innago, our portal platform vendor.

Additional information:

• Our leases are 1 year leases

• All units are smoke FREE

• We do NOT allow pets

• We require all tenants have renters insurance and have Andersen Units, LLC listed on their insurance as additionally insured.
